Inquire about lost items

STEP 01

Report items that you have lost in the aircraft cabin.

STEP 02

Once the report for lost items is received, a staff member will contact you via phone or email to provide information on how to pick them up.

STEP 03

Please visit the relevant branch office of Air Premia to collect your lost items.

※ Make sure to bring the ID of the individual who submitted the application form when picking up the lost items.

Items lost at the airport

For items lost at the airport (e.g. check-in counter, near the gate, in duty-free shops), please inquire with the relevant organization at the airport.

Found items are kept for 30 days before being disposed of. Neck pillows and items that may spoil are disposed of after 48 hours.
Please make sure to bring the ID of the individual who filled out the report form when picking up the lost item from the branch office.
(You may not be able to pick up the item without a personal ID.)
