Eligibility

  • Unaccompanied Minors (UM)

    Ages 5 to under 12 years

  • Unaccompanied Adolescents (YPTA)

    Ages 12 to under 17 years

Fare Types

Child Fare Information

  • Premium Economy: Service requests can be made only for passengers with booking class Z or higher.
  • Economy: Service requests can be made only for passengers with Standard/Flex fare in booking class Q or higher.

Adult Fare Information

Service requests can be made only for passengers with Standard/Flex fare in all booking classes.

Usage Instructions

  • Departure: Staff will assist with check-in and boarding and hand over the child to the flight crew.
  • In-flight: The designated flight attendant will carefully supervise the young passenger to ensure a comfortable journey.
  • Arrival: Staff will receive the child from the crew, assist with baggage claim and arrival procedures, and then hand over to the guardian at the destination.

How to Apply for Services

  • To apply for unaccompanied minor services: Please request services through the reservation center at least 48 hours before the flight departure and receive confirmation.
  • Please bring the completed application form to the airport check-in counter.

  • On the day of travel, arrive at the Air Premia check-in counter with the guardian to receive guidance from the staff.

Note

  • A guardian (18 years or older) must be present for handover upon departure and arrival.
  • Services are only available on segments operated directly by Air Premia. Transfers to other airlines are not accepted.
  • If no reservation is made 48 hours before departure, travel may not be possible.
  • Necessary unaccompanied minor documents ("Unaccompanied Minor Service Application Form" and "Guardian’s Pledge") must be completed in advance and submitted at the airport counter on the day of departure. Services may not be provided if these documents are incomplete.
