Guidelines for Traveling with Infants
- One adult can accompany one infant.
- If one adult is accompanying two infants, one infant must have a child ticket with a seat provided, and a safety seat(car seat) must be brought.

Stroller Usage Information
In-Cabin Stroller
- Foldable stroller with a total dimension of 115 cm or less (Note: If it cannot be stored in the cabin or space is limited, it may be handled as checked baggage at the boarding gate.)
Checked Baggage Stroller
- Where to check baggage: At the Check-in counter or at the boarding gate
- Where to collect: At the boarding gate or baggage claim area at the destination airport, depending on the airport (Note: at some airports, it may not be possible to collect the stroller at the boarding gate)
Child Safety Seats (Car Seats) Information
If you have prepared a safety seat for traveling with a child, it can be used in the cabin (must be installed facing forward only).
- Eligibility: Infants and children with purchased child tickets (note that infant fares are not eligible)
- Requirements: Car seats approved for use on aircraft (width of less than 43 cm) and FAA certified.
- Usage Instructions: Please contact the reservation center at least 48 hours prior to departure. If you do not make a reservation at least 48 hours prior to departure, usage may be restricted.
Bassinet Information
A bassinet is provided to guests who have requested it in advance for international flights.
- Eligibility: Height 74 cm (2ft 6in) or less, weight 11 kg (24.25 lbs) or less.
Usage Instructions
- You must purchase a seat in advance where the bassinet can be installed.
- Please request the service through the reservation center at least 48 hours before the flight departure.
Note
- Note that the number of bassinets is limited and availability is not guaranteed.
- Advance seat reservations can only be canceled and refunded up to 48 hours before the flight departure. (Refunds are available in cases of flight delays or cancellations due to airline circumstances.)
In case of itinerary changes or cancellations:
- Advance seat reservations are refundable up to 48 hours prior to departure.
- Advance seat reservations are non-refundable within 48 hours prior to departure.
- Refunds and cancellations can be done through the website or reservation center.
- If you do not comply with the eligibility criteria, you will not be able to use the in-cabin bassinet and refunds will not be possible.
- If there is a change in the aircraft, the service may not be provided.
Note
- Age eligiblity for infants is determined by boarding date.
- Documents that verify the date of birth must be presented during check-in upon request.
- Infants will not have a separate seat and must be held by the guardian.
- If you request an infant meal for a lap infant who doesn't occupy a seat, it will be provided along with the meal of the accompanying adult.
- If a seat is required for an infant, a child fare will apply. If an adult is accompanying two or more infants, a child fare will apply for each infant beyond the first one.
For the safety and comfort of passengers, in-flight items that obstruct access to emergency exits or aisles, or that may cause discomfort to other passengers, cannot be used on board.
