- Pet fees are charged separately from the allowable baggage limit and are based on one-way travel.
- Weight includes the pet container.
Payments can only be made in the local currency of the departure airport, and for itineraries with multiple segments, the currency of the first departure country will apply.
e.g.For departures from Incheon, payments can only be made in KRW
- However, for departures from Vietnam, payment will be made in USD instead of the local currency.
- Routes departing from Hong Kong/Vietnam to Incheon allow for pets, but routes departing from Incheon to Hong Kong/Vietnam do not allow pets.
Usage Instructions
Cancellation and Refund Policy
- Purchased advance seat reservations can be canceled and refunded up to 48 hours before the flight departure.
In case of itinerary changes or cancellations:
- Advance seat reservations are refundable up to 48 hours prior to departure.
- Advance seat reservations are non-refundable within 48 hours prior to departure.
- Refunds and cancellations can be done through the website or reservation center.
Note
- If you apply on the day of departure without a reservation made at least 48 hours in advance, travel may not be possible.
- Transportation may be restricted on certain routes.
- On-site upgrades for pets may be limited.
- The maximum capacity for pets per aircraft is up to 7 in the cabin and a maximum of 2 in the cargo hold.
- Passengers with allergies or sensitivities to animals should inform the staff and follow their instructions during check-in.
- Pets are not permitted in the emergency exit row or the front row. To maintain distance from previously reserved pets, seat changes may be restricted at the airport.
- Pets may be denied entry based on the regulations of the destination country. In such cases, all costs associated with the pet’s return will be the responsibility of the accompanying passenger.
- If your pet barks or causes discomfort to other passengers during check-in or boarding, transportation may be refused. The responsibility for managing the pet during transportation rests with the accompanying passenger, and the airline is not liable for any illness or death of the pet.

- Assistance will include guidance and support services from check-in through immigration procedures.
- If you do not make a reservation 48 hours prior to departure, assistance may be delayed.
Service Dogs for the Visually Impaired
- Service Dogs can be transported free of charge and do not require a storage container; they may accompany their owner in the cabin (but cannot occupy an additional seat).
Requirements:
- The dog must have certification (ID) from an authorized organization.
- The dog must wear a harness or leash.
- The dog must comply with the quarantine procedures of the destination or transit country.
- Pets may be fed at connecting airports with preparation and costs handled by the passenger.
- The dog should remain in front of the passenger’s feet at all times.
Service Dogs for Passengers Departing or Arriving in the U.S.
Transportation Requirements: According to U.S. Department of Transportation regulations:
- Only service dogs that have been trained to assist passengers with physical or mental disabilities are recognized.
- Service animals must be at least 16 weeks old, and each passenger is limited to 2 service animals (However, according to the new regulations effective August 1, only assistance dogs that are at least 6 months old may accompany passengers on flights arriving in the U.S).
- Service animals are required to wear a harness or leash.
Please submit the following two forms to the reservation center at least 48 hours before departure:
- Depending on the quarantine regulations of the destination country, vaccination certificates and quarantine documents may be necessary. Please ensure you check the required entry documents in advance.
Boarding Restrictions: Boarding may be restricted in the following cases:
- If the animal barks excessively, poses a threat to other passengers, or displays untrained behavior.
- If the required documents are not submitted at least 48 hours prior to departure.
- If the service animal does not remain in its designated space.
