How to Request Service
Please request service through the reservation center at least 48 hours before the departure time.
Usage Instructions
- Assistance will include priority seating, guidance, and support services from check-in through immigration procedures.
- If you do not make a reservation 48 hours prior to departure, assistance may be delayed.
- For unaccompanied passengers with visual impairments, it is essential that they can walk independently and handle meals and personal matters without assistance from others.
Service Dogs for the Visually Impaired
- Service Dogs can be transported free of charge and do not require a storage container; they may accompany their owner in the cabin (but cannot occupy an additional seat).
Requirements:
- The dog must have certification (ID) from an authorized organization.
- The dog must wear a harness or leash.
- The dog must comply with the quarantine procedures of the destination or transit country.
- Pets may be fed at connecting airports with preparation and costs handled by the passenger.
- The dog should remain in front of the passenger’s feet at all times.
Service Dogs for Passengers Departing or Arriving in the U.S.
Transportation Requirements: According to U.S. Department of Transportation regulations:
- Only service dogs that have been trained to assist passengers with physical or mental disabilities are recognized.
- Service animals must be at least 16 weeks old, and each passenger is limited to 2 service animals (However, according to the new regulations effective August 1, only assistance dogs that are at least 6 months old may accompany passengers on flights arriving in the U.S).
- Service animals are required to wear a harness or leash.
Please submit the following two forms to the reservation center at least 48 hours before departure:
- Depending on the quarantine regulations of the destination country, vaccination certificates and quarantine documents may be necessary. Please ensure you check the required entry documents in advance.
Boarding Restrictions: Boarding may be restricted in the following cases:
- If the animal barks excessively, poses a threat to other passengers, or displays untrained behavior.
- If the required documents are not submitted at least 48 hours prior to departure.
- If the service animal does not remain in its designated space.

- A wheelchair will be provided for passengers with limited mobility, along with priority seating, assistance with check-in, and boarding support.
- If you do not make a reservation 48 hours prior to departure, assistance may be delayed.
Wheelchair Services
Wheelchair Rental Service
- Wheelchairs are available for free for passengers with mobility difficulties at both departure and arrival airports. (Please note that some airports may have restrictions on rentals, and we appreciate your understanding in advance.)
- Please arrive at the check-in counter earlier to account for the time needed to move around the airport.
For Passengers Using Their Own Wheelchairs
- Passengers can transport their own wheelchairs and assistive devices free of charge.
- Passengers using their own wheelchairs can use them until the boarding gate, and the wheelchair can be checked in at the departure gate and used from the boarding gate at the destination (Please note that boarding gate check-in and delivery may be restricted depending on airport conditions).
- For electric wheelchairs, please contact Air Premia, as battery removal and other precautions may be necessary.
On-Board Wheelchair Use
Guidance for Using Portable Oxygen Concentrators (POC)
- Passengers who plan to use their own portable oxygen equipment should contact the reservation center at least 48 hours prior to their flight departure.
A separate application form along with a doctor’s note is required.
Guidance for Using CPAP Machines
If you are using a Continuous Positive Airway Pressure (CPAP) machine for medical conditions other than sleep apnea, a doctor's note is required.
Note
For safety reasons, only devices that use dry or lithium batteries and comply with the regulations of the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) or the relevant country can be brought on board.
- For devices powered by lithium batteries, only those with a capacity of 160Wh or less are allowed.
- In-flight power outlets are not available for use.
- Please ensure your battery capacity is at least 1.5 times the expected flight duration.
