Please enable [Airplane Mode]on your personal device (smartphone, tablet, or laptop), and then choose "Air Premia" from the list of available Wi-Fi networks.

Please refer to the [In-flight Wi-Fi Guide] in the seat pocket in front of you, or scan the [QR code] from the [Internet > Wi-Fi] menu on the in-flight entertainment monitor to access the in-flight Wi-Fi pricing plan purchase page.

Once you [select your desired plan] and complete the payment, you can start using the in-flight Wi-Fi.

Wi-Fi optimization guide

For a smoother Wi-Fi experience, we recommend the following personal device settings.

  • Please activate the power-saving mode.
  • Wi-Fi is typically accessible fifteen minutes after the plane takes off, once it reaches an altitude of 10,000 feet (3,048 meters).
  • Mobile games and other services that need constant real-time connections and high data usage might not be accessible.
  • Please turn off automatic downloads for media and background app refreshing.

  • Communication speeds may slow down and services may be partially disrupted due to satellite conditions, weather, flights over regions without connectivity, technical issues, or unexpected circumstances.
  • Communication speeds may slow down or usage may be restricted when streaming high-definition videos or uploading/downloading large files.
  • Air Premia's pricing plans are subject to change without prior notice in alignment with their in-flight Wi-Fi policy.
  • "Some services may be restricted depending on the pricing plan."
  • When choosing a pricing plan, you have the option to use the service either as a guest or as a member.
  • Non-members are limited to using Wi-Fi on the device for which they have purchased the pricing plan. (It cannot be accessed from other devices.)
  • If you are a member and want to use the plan you bought on a different device, please sign out of your current device and sign in on the new device.
  • Please get in touch with us at [email protected] within 20 days of your purchase, along with proof of purchase and the reference number, if you encounter any system-related difficulties preventing you from using Wi-Fi.

FAQs

File transfer is possible for users who have subscribed to either the 3-hour or unlimited internet plans.

With the unlimited internet plan, you have the option to utilize video streaming services.

Internet calling is not supported.

Time-limited plans do not offer the option to pause.
